WW1 British Red Cross Society County of Buckingham 74 Detachment badge

A scarce original wartime period 'British Red Cross Society County of Buckingham gilt and enamel badge', the reverse impressed with maker's details 'J.R Gaunt London' and inscribed '42739 BUCKS / 74'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no stress marks or damage to the enamel.
