WW1 Ulster Volunteer Medical & Nursing Corps UVF badge.

A very scarce original First World War period 'Ulster Volunteer Force Medical and Nursing Corps' gilt and enamel badge, 'U.V.M. & N.C. For God & Ulster' title around a red enamel cross on white background, below the 'Red Hand of Ulster' all surmounted by a King's Crown, the reverse with maker's details "Sharman.D.Neill Ltd Belfast." and with Registration Number "Rd.No.629010". Good condition, complete with original pin fittings, enamel with minor service wear, gilt remains bright.
