A rare early original silver plated enamel plaque inlaid with blue enamel bearing the bull's head trademark and advertising 'COLMAN'S STARCH', this now attached to a brass magnifying glass, the rest of the case now absent. Poor condition, enamel damaged, silver plating worn back to brass. Plaque height 26mm. Width 33mm.

'The Dunlop Caddie' promotional badge was sold in golfing equipment shops during the 1930's, it originally came with a backing card inscribed 'The Golfer's Symbol of Goof Luck'.

A good original circa 1970's promotional bagde' in the form of a large moulded plastic muscely man running with force and outlined in black, his head and chest replaced by an 'Ever Ready Power Plus' battery. Very good condition, complete with original brass safety pin fitting, no cracks or distortions, colours remain bright, minimal wear. Height 64mm. The Ever Ready Co (Great Britain) was well known for its batteries, the company was also a producer of torches and bicycle lamps.

A superb impressive circa 1903 Edwardian period 'James Williamson and Son Limited cap badge'; fine quality large gilded brass example bearing the Crowned Trade Mark of the 'Lion Varnish Works, Lancaster' to voided centre. Excellent condition, complete with original two loop fittings, enamel perfect. Diameter 45mm. JAS Williamson & Son Limited were varnish manufacturers and in 1903 made special varnishes for Coach Builders, Railway Companies, Cabinet Makers, to name but a few.
