A very scarce original circa 1950's 'Robertson's Golly Footballer promotional badge' with POP eyes playing a orange football, wearing DARK blue coat and white waistcoat displaying the advertising slogan 'Golden Shred' to chest, the reverse impressed in relief with maker's details 'Fattorini & Sons 36 Barr St B'Ham'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, minor manufacturers overspills around the eyes, gilt finish remains bright.
