Robertsons Golly scout white waistcoat advertising badge Richard Gomm

A scarce original circa 1950's period 'Robertson's golly scout promotional badge', this example with pale fawn bush hat, smaller eyes, long mouth, large fleur-de-lis emblem to flag and white waistcoat with advertising slogan 'Golden Shred', the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Richard Gomm Ford Street B'Ham.18'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright.
