Bradford Home Guard proficiency badge circa 1941

A good original wartime issue 'Bradford Home Guard uniform badge', circular silvered brass example with blue enamel centre and an embossed bar over laurel sprays inscribed 'PROFICIENCY BADGE', the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Fattorini Bradford' and two original loop fittings north and south with retainer split pin indicating a style of badge worn on a sleeve. Good condition, no damage to the enamel, minor wear to silvered finish, bottom loop squeezed but functional
