WW1 Lancashire & Yorkshire Railway war service badge

A scarce original First World War period gilt and enamel badge, 'Lancashire & Yorkshire Railway' blue enamel title surround, red enamel Crowned 'Railway Service' to the centre on white enamel ground, the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Bolton', official issue number 'B.12355' and registration number 'REG.638232'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, no damage to the enamel.
