WW1 National Reserve Devon home front badge

A good original First World War period 'National Reserve Devon badge', small pattern gilt oval title, bearing 'Exeter Castle' within a shield on half red, half black enamel ground to voided centre, the reverse with maker's details "J.R.Gaunt London". Excellent condition, retaining original buttonhole fitting, enamel unusually perfect.
