Royal College of Nursing RCN union membership badge

A good original post 1953 nurses union pin badge; chromium plated rectangle shaped example with sunray border 'RCN' initials to the centre on blue enamel background, the reverse impressed with unusual maker's details 'AEW B'Ham' (Arnold E Williams, Birmingham). Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.
Size approx 26 x 16mm.
