A scarce original 'Registered Mental Nurse Scotland silver and enamel pin badge', the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1957, maker's details 'H&I' (HAMILTON & INCHES E'BURGH) and inscribed 'E.M.SIM. C.29119'. Good condition, complete with original pin fittings, minor service wear.
