Wallasey Special Constabulary police reserve badge

A rare original Second World War period 'Wallasey Special Constabulary badge' large chromium plated blue enamel title strap, the voided centre shield depicting the enamel 'Coat of Arms of Wallasey; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent St. Birmingham'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, an excellent example.
Height approx 40mm.
