Royal Automobile Club RAC Certificated Driver numbered badge

A scarce original circa early 20th century 'Royal Automobile Club RAC Certificated Driver pin badge', silver plated blue enamel title surround 'RAC' logo to voided centre; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'J.R.Gaunt London' and officially numbered '6486'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no enamel loss, an excellent example.
