Hammersmith Hospital London County Council 1930 silver nurses badge

A very scarce origina 1930's period 'Hammersmith Hospital silver and enamel nurses unnamed badge' in the form of a cross mounted with the 'London County Council Arms' to the centre, the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1930 and maker's details 'F&S' (Fattorini & Son). Good condition, complete with original pin fitting, the hook an old vintage replacement, minor enamel loss, minimal service wear to central LCC crest.
