Wanstead Hospital Forest Group nurses badge 1938 -1986

A good original circa 1960's period 'Wanstead Hospital nurses pin badge' gilt brass example displaying white enamel title surround, embossed red cross with lamp of knowledge to centre on gilt stippled ground; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Regent St Birmingham' and inscribed 'W.D.Stewart. August 1960 - August 1963.'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, enamel perfect.
