British Red Cross Society Proficiency Administration & Organization Medal

A very scarce original circa 1930's period full sized 'Proficiency in Red Cross Administration & Organization pin badge; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'J.R.Gaunt London' and inscribed '309 E ROWBURY'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.
