St Stephen's Hospital London County Council 1931 silver nurses badge Chelsea

A scarce original 'St Stephens Hospital silver and enamel nurses unnamed badge' in the form of a cross mounted with the 'London County Council Arms' to the centre, the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1931 and maker's details 'F&S' (Fattorini & Son). Very good condition, complete with original pin fitting with safety roller catch in good working order, no enamel loss, minimal service wear to central LCC crest.
