1924 British Empire Exhibition Wembley souvenir gilt badge

A scarce unusual 'British Empire Exhibition Wembley souvenir pin badge' gilt metal example depicting the official 'Wembley Lion' symbol highlighted with black enamel within a voided horseshoe title surround, joined at the base with 'Wembley 1924'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no enamel loss, gilt finish remains bright, an excellent example.
