A good original Elizabeth II period 'WRAF Flight Lieutenant mess dress rank badge' large heavy duty gilt example in the form of a Crowned winged laurel wreath, the centre mounted with a blue enamel shield with two recessed rank stripes. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings with safety roller catch in working order, no stress marks or enamel loss.
