Vickers Armstrongs Supermarine Spitfire construction workers badge c.1940

A scarce original circa 1940's period 'Vickers-Armstrongs Supermarine identification badge'; chromium plated blue enamel title surround, the centre depicting a spitfire aircraft inlaid with blue enamel on white ground, the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent St Birmingham'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, no enamel loss.
