A scarce original 'Westminster Hospital nurse's buckle', large quatrefoil silver plated polished backing with ornate oak leaf border mounted with a silvered Crowned portcullis, the reverse complete with fixed belt loop, detached belt loop now ABSENT. Good condition, minor service wear.
