A superb quality 'Royal Masonic Hospital Jewel', the top suspension bar bearing the letter's 'F.H' (Freemason's Hospital), the reverse impressed with Birmingham 9 carat gold hallmarks for 1936 and makers details 'R.S' (Richard Spencer London'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no defects to the enamel, an excellent example in its original case.
