WW2 Spitfire Fighter Plane salvaged perspex love heart symbol fundraising badge

An unusual original Second World War period Royal Air Force one-off workshop trench art pin badge, skillfully handcrafted from salvaged perspex from a fighter aircraft windscreens in the form of a Heart and sold to raise funds for the war effort. Very good condition, complete with ring fitting.
