A good original circa 1974 -1992 period 'South Yorkshire Metropolitan Ambulance Service cap badge', large yellow chromium plated enamel example, in the form of an Queen Elizabeth II crowned green enamel laurel wreath with an applied blue enamel voided wheel to centre bearing an entwined serpent; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'FATTORINI'. Very good mint condition, complete with original two loop fittings, enamel perfect.
Height approx 52mm.
