A very scarce original early 20th century period 'London & North Western Railway St.John Ambulance Brigade arm pin badge'; large bronze circular convex one peice example, the centre depicting the St. John Ambulance Maltese Cross logo within title surround 'The St.John Ambulance Brigade' impressed 'Rd111905' (a registration, design and patent date for the year 1888) with scroll below bearing the initial 'L & N.W.R'. .Very good condition, complete with original heavy duty steel pin fittings.
