A scarce original early 20th century period 'St John Ambulance Brigade Great Western Railway GWR large nickel circular convex arm badge', the centre depicting the St. John Ambulance Maltese Cross logo within title surround 'The St. John Ambulance Brigade' incorporating a small 'Rd111905' Registration, Design and Patent number for the year 1888' with scroll below bearing the 'Great Western Railway' initial 'G.W.R'. Very good condition, complete with original two loop fittings and split pin.
