Westminster Childrens Hospital London nurses buckle and belt

A scarce original 'Westminster Children's Hospital nurse's buckle', large circular silver plated die-stamped example, the centre depicting an infant in swaddling clothes within a laurel wreath. Very good used condition, complete with all fittings and petersham belt.
