A good original circa 1970's period 'Royal Masonic Hospital charity jewel', pewter plated metal example depicting in relief the symbolic 'Hand of the blessing', the reverse inscribed in raised lettering 'The Royal Masonic Hospital Redevelopment and Modernisation Fund'. Very good condition, complete with original ribbon with pin fittings.
