Police Force Isle of Man Helmet Plate Badge post 1953

A good original Queen Elizabeth II period 'Isle of Man Police Force badge', large chromium plated eight pointed star, the top one displaced by a Crown, mounted with strap bearing Latin motto 'QUOCUNQUE JECERIS STABIT' (whichever way you throw it, it will stand) and with the three Legs of Man triskelion symbol two voided centre complete with polished backing disc. Very good condition, complete with otiginal three loop fittings.
Height approx 102mm.
