A scarce original Second World War period 'R & S Company ARP Air Raid Precauctions wardens badge'; small gilt rectangular example depicting a Hart on torse on white enamel ground with 'A.R.P' green enamel scroll below; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent St Birmingham' and engraved low issue number '83'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no enamel loss, minimal service wear.
