A scarce original early circa 1933 'Have You Ever Been Lonely, Have You Ever Been Blue, gilt and enamel advertising song badge', depicting a flapper with powder compact, wearing a red skimpy dress, within a horseshoe title surround; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'W.Miller 118 Branston St B'Ham 'Regd 783890' a registered, design and patent date of 1933. Very good condition, complete with original coiled pin fitting and hooked catch, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright. An excellent example.
