A very scarce original short-lived wartime period 'Royal Ordnance Filling Factory war workers identification badge'; in the form of crossed shells within 'Front Line Duty' red horseshoe title, superimposed RAF style aircraft roundel, the centre bearing the initials 'ROF', the reverse impressed with official issue number '980'. Good condition, retaining original buttonhole fitting, enamel intact, minor service wear.
