WW1 Royal Flying Corps RFC laminated wooden aircraft propeller pin badge

A rare original First World War period 'Royal Flying Corps skilfully handcrafted laminated wooden propeller'; large size example possibly worn as a tiepin, portraying the coloured grains of the wood, the central hub decorated with brass pin heads to give the right effect. Very good condition, complete with original
one-piece brass pin fitting, typical of the period.
