RMS Saxonia Cunard Shipping Line hand-painted enamel ships picture brooch 1899 - 1925

A rare original circa pre 1925 period 'R.M.S.Saxonia Cunard Line pin badge' the centre bearing a hand painted enamel representation of the ocean liner passenger steamship within a ornate darkened gilt surround. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no stress marks or enamel loss, gilt finish remains bright.
Height approx 25mm.
