Alan Cobham aviator De Havilland Moth blue monoplane badge c1930

A scarce original circa 1930's 'Cobham's Flying Circus souvenir pin badge'; gilt brass aeroplane bearing 'Cobham' title inlaid with scarce dark blue enamel across the wing, the reverse with maker's details 'H.W.Miller Ltd Branston St B'Ham.18' and "Regd 755555" a design and patent date of 1930. Good condition, retaining original hook catch and replacement coiled pin fitting, minor enamel loss to 'H' letter, gilt finish remains bright.
