A scarce original fine quality 'Queens Institute of District Nursing badge', the reverse bearing Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1960 and maker's details 'JRG&S' (J.R.Gaunt & Sons) and impressed with the number '233'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings with safety roller catch in good working order, mounted with ring fitting to the top.
