Great Western Railway GWR war service badge J104038

A good original Second World War period brass and enamel badge displaying an embossed 'steam locomotive train' and 'G.W.R.' flanking 'Railway Service' title bar inlaid with blue enamel, the reverse with maker's details 'Fattorini & Sons Ltd' and official issue number 'J104038'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole lapel fitting, no damage to the enamel.
