A scarce original early circa 1933 'Have You Ever Been Lonely, Have You Ever Been Blue, gilt and enamel advertising song badge', depicting a flapper with powder compact, wearing a red skimpy dress, within a horseshoe title surround; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'W.Miller 118 Branston St B'Ham 'Regd 783890' a registered, design and patent date of 1933. Good condition, complete with original coiled pin fitting and hooked catch, small enamel loss to wrist, gilt finish remains bright.
