GQ Parachutist Gregory & Quilter Company qualification badge

A scarce original later issue 'Gregory & Quilter Parachute Company silver plated winged parachute canopy GQ qualification badge' depicting a parachutist, the rounded end wings inlaid with darker red enamel, the reverse impressed 'G.Q Parachutist'. Very good condition, complete with original tube joint pin fitting and correct flat rolled catch, no damage to the enamel.

Height approx 17mm.
The 'GQ Parachutist badge' was given by the 'Gregory & Quilter Company' to anyone who had completed parachute training using their parachutes.
