A scarce original pre-1901 Victorian period full size Scottish 'Kirkcaldy Police tunic button'; convex white metal example displaying an embossed Queen Victoria Crown within a dotted edge title strap; the brass back marked 'Special Quality'. Good used condition.

Kirkcaldy Burgh Police Scotland formed 1840, amalgamated into the Fifeshire Constabulary in 1949.
