A good original late 20th century period 'Lancaster District School of Nursing gilt and enamel pin badge', the reverse with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Regent St Birmingham'. Very good clean condition, complete with original pin fittings incorporating safety roller catch in good working order, no damage to the enamel.
