A good original pre 1953 period 'British Red Cross Society For Service gilt and enamel badge', the reverse impressed with maker's details 'J.R.Gaunt London' and official issue number '21360'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright.
