Reading Combined Hospitals training school for nurses silver badge

A scarce original circa 1969 'Reading Combined Hospitals S.N. nurses badge inlaid with green enamels' bearing the Berkshire Hospital Latin motto 'Serviendo Fidem Tenemus' (In Service We Hold Our Faith); the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1969 and maker's details 'JP' (John Pinches Ltd) . Very good mint condition, complete with original pin fitting, safety roller catch in perfect working order, no damage to the enamel.
