A good original post 1942 wartime period 'Local Air Raid Precautions Civil Defence Instructor badge', nickel plated Crowned horseshoe title, inlaid with red enamel, 'Instructor' title bar across voided centre; the reverse with maker's details 'H.W.M. Ltd' (H.W. Miller Ltd). Good condition, complete with original lapel fitting, enamel with minor defects.
