A rare original Second World War period 'TOOTAL ARP' Air Raid Precautions home front lapel badge, in the form of chromium plated white enamel shield, the centre bearing inlaid with blue enamel. Good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, no damage to the enamel, minor service wear.
