A scarce original Second World War period 'Air Raid Precautions Warden STC ARP FIRST AID qualification pin badge' believed to be for the 'Standard Telephones and Cables Limited' in the form of a small chromium plated circlet with blue enamel surround, the centre bearing a cross on white enamel ground, inscribed with red title 'FIRST AID STC ARP'; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'J.R.Gaunt London' Good condition, complete with original pin fittings, enamal intact but with small graze to right edge not affecting its appearance.
Diameter approx 20mm.
