WW1 Surrey Special Constable police badge

A good original circa First World War period 'Special Constable Surrey police reserve lapel badge'; white metal circular example inlaid with blue enamel, surmounted by a Crown with the centre depicting a lion; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Buttons Ltd B'Ham'. Very good condition, complete with early style round lapel fitting, no damage to the enamel.
