A scarce original vintage period 'Harefield Hillingdon and Mount Vernon Hospitals School of Nursing pin badge'; gilt metal pendant cross bearing red enamel title circlet, suspended from a matching wide plain pin bar; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Regent St Birmingham'. Very good condition, complete with pin fittings, roller catch in good working order, no damage to the enamel.
Height approx 52mm.
