Metropolitan Special Constabulary police white metal cap badge c.1927

A good original circa 1927 period 'Metropolitan Special Constabulary other ranks cap badge' large white metal crowned title circlet, Royal Arms to seeded centre, the reverse with maker's details 'Firmin London'. Very good condition, complete with original two loop fittings, minimal wear.
Size approx 49 x 35mm.
