London Aeroplane Club elite membership badge c1930s

A rare original 'London Aeroplane Club membership pin badge'; gilt brass feather quill bearing yellow enamel star flanked by black enamel stylized wings, the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Skinner & Co 34 Old Bond St London.W.1.'and with low official issue number '146'. Good condition, complete with original pin fittings, minor flaws to the enamel.
