A scarce original post war 1918 period 'City of Exeter Special Constable lapel badge', Crowned circular brass example with blue enamel title surround, the centre bearing the 'City of Exeter Coat of Arms' with motto 'SEMPER FIDELIS' (Ever Faithful). Good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, no damage to the enamel, minor service wear to centre.
